Edinburg, TX – The City of Edinburg will host “The Sound of Freedom: An Evening with the U.S. Air Force” on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at the Edinburg ACE Center. The event will feature a live performance by the Reed Quintet from the United States Air Force Woodwind Ensemble, based at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland. The concert is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 315 W. McIntyre St.

Program details

According to the announcement, the concert is intended to honor the courage and dedication of those who have served and those who continue to serve in the military. The free event is open to families, veterans, service members and community members of all ages. The city said the evening will focus on music, gratitude and community.
