Edinburg Library Kicks Off Creative Workshops for Teens and Tweens in November on Saturday

Edinburg, TX – The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library is inviting local teens and tweens to take part in a series of hands-on programs throughout November, featuring crafts and creative workshops designed for ages 11 to 18.
The month kicks off Saturday, Nov. 1, at noon with a Día de los Muertos mask-making activity, followed by a Maneki Neko polymer clay workshop on Monday, Nov. 3, at 6:30 p.m. Participants can then enjoy a “Make Your Own Caramel Apple” session on Sunday, Nov. 16, at 2 p.m.
On Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 6:30 p.m., the library will host a “Book Recycling Pumpkin” craft, and a “Guided Journal Workshop” will follow on Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 6:30 p.m. The month’s programming concludes Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 2 p.m. with an illustration slide tutorial.
All sessions will be held at the Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library, 1906 S. Closner Blvd. No registration is required, and all materials will be provided.
