Birding Walks Return to Edinburg World Birding Center

EDINBURG, TX – Nature lovers will have a chance to explore local wildlife up close during a series of guided bird walks at the Edinburg World Birding Center this fall.

The one-mile walks are scheduled for Sept. 27, Oct. 4 and Oct. 11 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Participants can expect to see dozens of bird species while learning from knowledgeable guides.
Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for seniors 55 and over, and $2 for students. Members and children under age 5 may attend free of charge.
The Edinburg World Birding Center, part of the nine-site World Birding Center network in the Rio Grande Valley, is located at 714 S. Raul Longoria Rd. The center features trails, observation decks and year-round educational programs that highlight the Valley’s rich biodiversity.
