Edinburg Chamber to Host Ribbon Cutting for Indigo Casual Mexican Kitchen

Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce will welcome a new addition to the city’s dining scene with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Indigo Casual Mexican Kitchen on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at 11 a.m.

The event will take place at the restaurant’s location, 1102 N. Closner Blvd., and is open to the public. Community members are invited to attend, meet the owners and staff, and enjoy a first look at the new restaurant.
