Edinburg to Host Tire Collection Event April 26

EDINBURG TX – The City of Edinburg Solid Waste Management Department will host its annual Road to Recycling Tire Collection event on Saturday, April 26, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., offering residents an opportunity to properly dispose of used tires at no cost.

Tires can be dropped off at any of the following locations:

• Edinburg Landfill, 8601 N. Jasman Rd.
• Bicentennial Park, 2002 W. Sprague St.
• Recycling Center, 3102 S. Business 281

The collection is open exclusively to Edinburg residents. A valid matching I.D. and utility bill are required for drop-off. Each resident may bring up to 20 tires. Tractor-trailer tires, forklift tires, agriculture/farm machinery, and implement tires will not be accepted.
