EDINBURG TX – Texas Cook’Em: High Steaks in Edinburg will take place Friday, July 4, 2026, at Ebony Hills Course in Edinburg, featuring a full day of BBQ competition, live music, boxing, a car show, and fireworks celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.

Cook-Off Schedule

• 8 a.m. – Cooks Meeting
• 8:30 a.m. – Steak and Kids Cook’Em Selection
• 9 a.m. – BBQ Competition Starts
• 11 a.m. – H-E-B Kids Cook’Em
• Noon – Chicken Turn-In
• 1 p.m. – Ribs Turn-In
• 2 p.m. – Brisket Turn-In
• 3 p.m. – H-E-B Rib-Eye Steak Challenge
• 5 p.m. – BBQ Awards (Judges Stage)
