Staff Report
Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg Cultural Arts Division will launch the final 2025 session of its community classes at the city’s Arts, Culture & Events (ACE) Center, with most offerings free to the public and registration now open.

The six-week slate begins Monday, Oct. 13, and includes watercolor, charcoal drawing, colored pencils, printmaking, guitar, ballet, folklórico and flamenco. An acrylic painting course and a “Sip and Paint” workshop will also be offered; the latter is a paid session. Classes are taught by experienced instructors at city cultural arts facilities.
City officials encourage participants to bring their own supplies, though materials are available for purchase at the ACE Center gift shop. The program is part of the city’s Arts for Everybody initiative, which provides year-round creative and wellness programming.
