American Legion Post 408 to host free ‘Howlers’ music night Dec. 17

Edinburg, TX – American Legion Post 408 in Edinburg will host a free community music event on Wednesday, Dec. 17, featuring live performances by The Howlers and an evening karaoke session.

The event will take place from 3 to 6 p.m. at Post 408, located at 4605 S. Closner Blvd., with karaoke scheduled from 7 p.m. to midnight. Organizers said the band will perform a variety of music, including cumbia, country and tributes to artists such as Elvis Presley and Amy Winehouse.

Admission is free and open to the public. Food will be available for purchase on site.

Post officials said the gathering is intended to provide an afternoon and evening of entertainment while inviting residents to learn more about the American Legion and its role in supporting local veterans.
