Edinburg Cares food drive wraps, today, Nov. 18; drop-off sites listed

Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg Cares Food Drive enters its final days, with donations accepted through Tuesday, Nov. 18, to help provide holiday meals for about 1,000 local families. Organizers are seeking nonperishable items such as canned vegetables, beans, soups, cranberry sauce, stuffing and gravy mixes.

Donations may be dropped off at the following locations:
• Edinburg City Hall, 415 W. University Drive
• Edinburg Police Department, 1702 S. Closner Blvd.
• Central Fire Station, 212 W. McIntyre Street
• Edinburg Parks & Recreation, 315 Mark S. Peña Drive
• Hidalgo Precinct 4 Constable, 1212 S. 25th Ave., Suite B
• Texas T Barbershop, 1303 S. McColl Road
• Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library, 1906 S. Closner Blvd.
• All ECISD schools
