AltaCair Foundation’s ‘Lucky Maverick’ Gala Set to Honor Bobby Pulido, Mayor Ramiro Garza

PHARR, TX — The AltaCair Foundation’s signature fundraising event, Lucky Maverick: Bettin’ on AltaCair, will return Friday, May 2, 2025, offering an evening of entertainment, philanthropy, and luxury experiences to support health care and social service initiatives in the Rio Grande Valley.
Set for 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Brookhaven Event Center, the gala will feature a full casino-style gaming experience, live and silent auctions, curated culinary stations, and unique attractions such as a Hat Bar and Whiskey Toss. Guests are encouraged to don black-tie-meets-Western attire.
The evening will also include the recognition of distinguished community leaders Bobby Pulido and Edinburg Mayor Ramiro Garza.
Proceeds from the event will support AltaCair Foundation’s mission to meet critical health and social service needs in underserved communities throughout the Rio Grande Valley.
