Edinburg Police Request Public’s Help Identifying Hit-and-Run Suspect

EDINBURG TX — The Edinburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that injured a 23-year-old man early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the incident at approximately 3:08 a.m. on Feb. 22 in the 5000 block of West State Highway 107. According to police, the suspect vehicle — described as a 2003-2006 Chevrolet Silverado, gray or tan in color, with distinctive white front left and right quarter panels — fled eastbound on State Highway 107.

The victim was later found and transported to Mission Hospital, where he is expected to recover.
