Edinburg to Host Joint Regional Hurricane Preparedness Conference

Edinburg, TX — As hurricane season approaches, the City of Edinburg, in collaboration with Hidalgo County and the cities of McAllen, Mission, Pharr, and Weslaco, will hold a Joint Regional Hurricane Preparedness Press Conference on Friday, May 31, at 10 a.m. at Edinburg City Hall.

This collaborative effort aims to provide residents with essential information regarding disaster response plans, past experiences, and available resources to ensure readiness before and after a hurricane strikes.

The press conference will be broadcast live on Facebook and Spectrum Channel 1300.
