Edinburg, TX – Edinburg Parks and Recreation will host its annual race weekend in early February, featuring the Miracle Mile and the David Chavana 10K Run/Walk, with events scheduled over two days at city facilities.

Miracle Mile race details

The Miracle Mile race is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, at Richard Flores Stadium, located at 1800 S. Stadium Drive. The event is part of the city’s annual running activities and serves as the opening race of the weekend.

Saturday races and start times

The David Chavana 10K Run/Walk will take place Saturday, Feb. 7, starting at 7:30 a.m. A Fun Run is scheduled to follow at 10 a.m. Both Saturday events will be held at Edinburg Parks and Recreation, 315 Mark S. Peña Drive.

Registration information

According to organizers, registration for all races remains open but is scheduled to close Wednesday, Feb. 4. Participants may register online or in person through Edinburg Parks and Recreation.
