Edinburg Library Schedules May Teen & Tween Program with Workshops, STEM Events

EDINBURG TX – The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library will host a series of Teen & Tween Program events throughout May for ages 11–18, featuring creative workshops and STEM activities.
May Schedule
The first event, a Star Wars Cubee Figure workshop, is scheduled for Monday, May 4, at 6 p.m. On May 12 and May 26, both at 6 p.m., the library will host “YouthAstroNet,” a STEM program that requires advance registration by calling the library.
An Anime Painting session will be held Saturday, May 23, at noon. The month concludes with a Popsicle Weaving workshop on Thursday, May 28, at 6 p.m.
Registration and Information
Registration is required for “YouthAstroNet.” Participants may register by calling the Reference Department at 956-383-6246. The library is located at 1906 S. Closner Blvd., Edinburg, Texas.
