Edinburg library announces March 2026 adult program lineup

Edinburg, TX – The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library has released its March 2026 calendar of adult programs, featuring classes, workshops and community events throughout the month. All programs will be held at the library, 1906 S. Closner Blvd., unless otherwise noted.

Computer classes

The library will offer computer classes in March, including bilingual sessions at 10 a.m. and English sessions at 6 p.m. A session on Virtual Library Services is scheduled for Monday, March 16. An AI Basics class will be held Monday, March 30.

Arts and enrichment

Dusty’s Crafters will host a DIY Egg/Decorative Easter Painting program on Tuesday, March 3, at 2 p.m. An Open Mic event is scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, at 6:30 p.m. Estate Planning sessions will take place Thursdays, March 5, 12 and 19, at 2 p.m.

Community resources

A Citizenship Class Orientation is set for March 7 at 11:30 a.m. A session will be held March 28, with Spanish instruction at 11 a.m. and bilingual instruction at 1 p.m. The library will host a Health Fair on Saturday, March 21, from 11:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Family Movie Day will take place Sunday, March 29, at 2 p.m., featuring the film “Hidden Figures.”

About the library

The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library serves as the public library for the City of Edinburg. Named in honor of Marine Lance Cpl. Dustin Michael Sekula, an Edinburg native, the facility provides books, digital resources and community programming for residents of all ages.
