Edinburg birding center to host nighttime hike with donuts Jan. 31

Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg World Birding Center will host an after-hours program Jan. 31 inviting visitors to explore nocturnal wildlife while enjoying donuts during an evening guided hike.
Edinburg night hike program
The “Night Hike and Donuts Delight” event is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Edinburg World Birding Center, located at 714 S. Raul Longoria Road. The program will introduce participants to animals that are most active after dark, with staff guides leading groups through the grounds once the center has closed.
Learning about nocturnal wildlife
According to the center, the hike will focus on creatures commonly seen at night, including raccoons, spiders and other nocturnal species. Guides will discuss what makes these animals unique and how they adapt to nighttime environments.
Admission and RSVP details
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children, seniors, students and veterans. Children ages 5 and younger are admitted free. RSVP is required, and participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight for the hike.
