Tomorrow: Edinburg to Host Law Enforcement Job Fair Featuring Over Two Dozen Agencies

EDINBURG, TX — More than two dozen law enforcement and public safety agencies will be recruiting at a job fair in Edinburg on Wednesday, May 7, as the city partners with Workforce Solutions to connect job seekers with careers in law enforcement and related fields.

The Law Enforcement Job Fair will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Edinburg Activity Center, located at 123 Mark S. Peña Drive.

Participating employers include federal, state, and local agencies such as U.S. Border Patrol, the Texas Department of Public Safety, the United States Army and Marine Corps, the DEA, multiple police departments from across the Rio Grande Valley, and educational institutions like South Texas College and UTRGV. Private security firms and sheriff’s offices are also among the listed employers.

The event is organized by the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation in collaboration with Workforce Solutions, a partner of the American Job Center Network.

Job seekers are encouraged to bring updated résumés and dress professionally for potential interviews. The fair is open to the public, and there is no cost to attend.
