EDINBURG — The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library will offer a series of free adult programs throughout April 2026 focused on learning, wellness and community engagement.
Computer classes will be offered in bilingual format at 10 a.m. and in English at 6 p.m. The Chat GPT session is scheduled for Monday, April 13, and a Google Drive class will take place Monday, April 27.
Programs begin Wednesday, April 1, with a career workshop at 2 p.m., followed by an additional session April 8 at the same time.
A Tai Chi class is scheduled for Thursday, April 2, and Thursday, April 9 at 2 p.m. A craft session titled Dusty’s Crafters: Spring time candle holder will take place Tuesday, April 7 at 2 p.m.
career and creative activities
A job fair is scheduled for Thursday, April 16 at 9:30 a.m. A Plant Swap and Propagation event will take place Sunday, April 19 at 2 p.m.
National Library Week activities include a Bookshelf Painting session Tuesday, April 21 at 6 p.m.
Community events
An open mic event is scheduled for Thursday, April 23 at 6:30 p.m. Family Movie Day featuring “An American Tail” will take place Sunday, April 26 at 2 p.m.
All programs are free and open to the public. No registration is required.
