ECISD Sets Full Schedule for Upcoming Christmas Break

Edinburg TX – Edinburg CISD announced its winter holiday schedule, confirming that all campuses and district facilities will close for Christmas break from Dec. 22, 2025, through Jan. 2, 2026.

District staff will return to work on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026, and students will resume classes on Tuesday, Jan. 6. The second regular monthly ECISD Board of Trustees meeting, set for Dec. 23, will also be canceled.

The district shared the reminder in both English and Spanish to help families plan ahead for the two-week closure.
