Library sets October lineup for children’s programs

Edinburg, TX – Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library will offer a full slate of free children’s activities throughout October, with no registration required and materials provided.

The schedule includes:

• Toddler Time — Tuesdays, Oct. 7, 14, 21 and 28, at 10 a.m.
• Pre-school Story Time — Fridays, Oct. 3, 10, 17 and 24, at 10 a.m.
• Homeschool Hour (ages 6–11) — Wednesdays, Oct. 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, at 11 a.m.
• “Not So Spooky” Pre-school Storytime — Friday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m., with costumes and trick-or-treating inside the library.

Programs take place at 1906 S. Closner Blvd. For details, contact the Children’s Department at (956) 383-6246. The city’s library system regularly hosts early-literacy and family engagement events as part of its Library & Cultural Arts programming.
