Edinburg TX – Nightly closures of direct connectors at the I-2/I-69C Interchange are scheduled Aug. 2-7, 2026, to allow crews to install directional signs. Only one direct connector will be closed at a time.

The closure schedule is as follows:

• Harlingen to Edinburg connector: Sunday, Aug. 2, through Monday, Aug. 3, from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• McAllen to Edinburg connector: Monday, Aug. 3, through Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly
• Edinburg to Harlingen connector: Wednesday, Aug. 5, through Friday, Aug. 7, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly
