Edinburg to Honor Fallen Service Members During Memorial Day Ceremony

Edinburg, TX – The City of Edinburg is inviting residents, veterans and military families to attend its annual Memorial Day Commemorative Ceremony on Friday, May 22, at the Edinburg Municipal Auditorium.

The ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and will honor the men and women of the United States Armed Forces who died while serving the nation.

City officials said the event is intended to bring the community together in remembrance and gratitude for the sacrifices made by military service members and their families.

The ceremony is being sponsored in partnership with the Hidalgo All Wars Museum Veterans Committee and H-E-B Operation Appreciation.

Organizers encouraged veterans and members of the public to attend and participate in the observance recognizing those who gave their lives in defense of the country.

The Edinburg Municipal Auditorium is located at 200 N. Seventh Ave.
