Edinburg, TX – The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library will host the E&C Literacy Festival on May 2 from noon to 2 p.m., offering family-focused activities centered on reading and literacy.

The event will take place at the library, located at 1906 S. Closner Blvd.
