Downtown Edinburg Gears Up for “Miracle on McIntyre” Holiday Celebration

Edinburg, TX – The magic of the season is about to sparkle through downtown Edinburg as the City of Edinburg hosts its beloved Miracle on McIntyre holiday celebration on December 4–5, 2025 at the Promenade Park Amphitheater, located at 201 W. McIntyre St.

Festivities begin on Thursday, Dec. 4, with the Lighting of the Tree from 6 to 9 p.m., followed by the Holiday Market, which runs both Dec. 4–5, featuring local artisans, food vendors, and festive entertainment. The weekend’s highlight event—the Night of Lights Parade—will illuminate downtown on Friday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m. The parade route will travel along Closner Boulevard, beginning at Richard R. Flores Stadium and concluding at Kuhn Street.

Families are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy a weekend filled with live music, seasonal treats, and photo opportunities with Santa. Visitors can expect dazzling lights, community performances, and plenty of holiday cheer for all ages.
