EDINBURG, Texas – June 28, 2024 — The City of Edinburg Cultural Arts presents the Summer Concert Series 2024, featuring a lineup of exciting performances at the Promenade Park Amphitheater. The series kicks off on June 28 with a performance by Casey Donahew, followed by Sammy Arriaga on July 12, and concludes with Kevin Fowler on August 10.
June 28, 2024 – Country Night Concert
The series kicks off on June 28, 2024, with a spectacular Country Night Concert featuring an incredible lineup of artists. The evening will open with performances by Brody Rivers and Joe V. & Midnight Run, setting the stage for the headlining act, the one and only Casey Donahew. Country music fans won’t want to miss this exciting night of fun tunes and high-energy performances.
Donahew is a celebrated Texas country music artist known for his high-energy performances and relatable songwriting. With multiple chart-topping albums and a dedicated fanbase, Donahew has become a staple in the Texas music scene. July 12, 2024 – Norteño Night
The next concert on July 12, 2024, will be a vibrant Norteño Night. The evening starts with Grupo Lexxion, followed by the Norteño Band 30/30, leading up to the headliner, Sammy Arriaga. The Summer Concert Series wraps up on August 10, 2024, with another Country Night Concert that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The night begins with the talented JR Cole Band, followed by Matt Castillo and Los Hermanos Vidal, culminating with a headline performance by the legendary Kevin Fowler. Country music enthusiasts will be treated to an evening of classic hits and unforgettable moments.
Kevin Fowler is a veteran country music artist with a career spanning over two decades. His infectious personality and crowd-pleasing songs have made him a favorite among country music lovers. Fowler’s popular tracks include “Beer, Bait & Ammo,” “Pound Sign (#?*!),” and “Hell Yeah, I Like Beer.”
