City of Edinburg To Host All-Inclusive ‘Miracle Mile’ 

Edinburg, TX – February 2, 2023

It will be a race to remember! The City of Edinburg is inviting the community to join the 8th Annual Miracle Mile festivities on Friday, February 3, at Richard R. Flores Stadium at 6 p.m. 

The Miracle Mile precedes the 41st Annual David Chavana 10K Run/Walk this week and allows every resident the opportunity to participate in an all-inclusive event that encourages them to come together and walk a mile with their neighbors. 

With almost 400 people registered so far, the Edinburg Parks and Recreation Department is also asking residents to help fill the bleachers at Richard R. Flores Stadium and cheer on the participants. 

If you’d like to register for the Miracle Mile, visit the Parks and Recreation Department in-person at 315 Mark S. Pena Drive. Spots are still available but are limited.
