Edinburg TX – The Edinburg Building Safety Department will host a town hall meeting for contractors and subcontractors on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to noon at City Hall Council Chambers, 415 W. University Dr.

The meeting will cover two codes being adopted by the city: the 2024 International Fire Code and the 2023 National Electrical Code.
