EEDC to Host Workforce Resources, Inclusive Hiring Workshop Aug. 27

Edinburg TX – The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation will host a workshop on workforce resources and inclusive hiring practices on Thursday, Aug. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., as part of its Boost Your Business Series.
The event, held in partnership with Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission, is designed to help local businesses grow, according to the EEDC.
The workshop will feature Brenda Martinez, senior business relations representative with Workforce Solutions; Elizabeth Meza and Jasmine Hernandez, both student HireAbility navigators with Workforce Solutions; and Ricardo “Ricky” Rendon, business solutions coordinator with the Texas Workforce Commission.
The workshop will be held at the EEDC Training Room, 617 W. University Dr., Suite R.
Registration is required and seating is limited. A complimentary lunch will be provided.
