Edinburg TX – The Edinburg Police Department will host another ‘Coffee With a Cop’ event Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Starbucks located at 2720 W. University Drive.

The informal event gives residents a chance to meet and speak with local law enforcement officers over coffee. There is no agenda or formal program, just an opportunity for community members to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers who serve their neighborhoods.
