Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg Economic Development Corporation (Edinburg EDC), in partnership with Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission, will present the first session of its Boost Your Business: Lunch & Learn Series March 5.

The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Edinburg EDC training room, 617 W. University Dr., and is designed to connect local employers with workforce-related tools, programs and expert guidance. 

Workforce support for employers

The no-cost session will highlight a variety of workforce resources available to local businesses, including support for hiring strategies, employee training and workforce development programs offered through Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission. Organizers say the event is ideal for business owners, human resources professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to better understand how these resources can support long-term business goals and operations. Space is limited and lunch will be provided.
