Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg World Birding Center is hosting guided bird walks twice a week through the spring, offering residents and visitors an opportunity to observe seasonal bird migration with the help of a naturalist.

Guided bird walks schedule and details

The walks are held every Tuesday and Saturday from Jan. 6 through April 28, running from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Participants follow a relaxed pace along the trails, with frequent stops to identify and learn about bird species found in the area.

Programming for all ages and skill levels

The guided walks are open to birders of all experience levels and are designed for all ages. Organizers say participants can expect to see a variety of local and migratory birds during each walk, depending on seasonal activity.

Admission and location information

Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for seniors age 55 and older and students, and free for members and children under age 5. The Edinburg World Birding Center is located at 714 S. Raul Longoria Road in Edinburg.
