Edinburg Chamber to Host Mayoral Candidate Forum Oct. 9

Edinburg, TX – The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce will bring together the city’s three mayoral candidates for a business-focused forum on Thursday, Oct. 9, at 9 a.m. at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance.

Confirmed candidates include Johnny Garcia, Richard Molina and Omar Ochoa. The discussion will be moderated by Sergio Sanchez of KURV 710 News Talk Radio. The event is part of the Chamber’s Public Affairs Series, which provides members with opportunities to hear directly from candidates on issues impacting the business community.

Seating at the event is limited and reserved for Chamber members, but the forum will be broadcast publicly via live stream on KURV 710 AM, YouTube and other social media platforms.

The Chamber noted that no political propaganda will be permitted on event premises.
