Library rolls out September lineup of adult programs

EDINBURG, TX – The Dustin M. Sekula Memorial Library will offer a full slate of adult programs in September 2025, including computer classes, a women’s workshop series, crafts, a nutrition class and a family movie day. No registration is required and materials are provided, according to the library.The schedule includes:

  • She Succeeds: Women Workshop — Sept. 2, 9, 16 and 23 at 10 a.m.; Job Fair on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 9 a.m.
  • Basic Computer Classes — Mondays, Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29 at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
  • Dusty’s Crafters: Flower Cupcake — Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 2 p.m.
  • Eating Smart, Being Active: Nutrition Class — Sept. 18 and 23 at 10 a.m.
  • Family Movie Day: “Jurassic World: Rebirth” — Sunday, Sept. 28 at 2 p.m.

Programs are held at the library, 1906 S. Closner Blvd., Edinburg. For details, call 956-383-6246. The library is operated by the City of Edinburg’s Library & Cultural Arts department.
