Edinburg Chamber Opens Nominations for Board of Directors

EDINBURG TX — The Edinburg Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for a new member of its Board of Directors, with applications due by 5 p.m. Aug. 15.

The selected director will serve a three-year term from Oct. 1, 2025, through Sept. 30, 2028, with the option for an additional term. The chamber is seeking candidates who are committed to supporting its more than 900 business members and the Edinburg Convention & Visitors Bureau.

Nominees must be a chamber member in good standing or an employee of a member business, live or work in Edinburg, attend monthly board meetings, participate in chamber committees, attend chamber events, help recruit and retain members, assist with fundraising and serve as an advocate for the organization.
