Free Welding Certification Program Offered By Region One

EDINBURG TX — Residents of Hidalgo, Willacy, and Starr counties have an opportunity to gain in-demand job skills through a free Welding Certification Program offered by Region One ESC’s Division of Leadership & Community Impact.

The hands-on training program is designed to prepare participants for immediate entry into the workforce, providing valuable skills and industry-recognized credentials at no cost. Seating is limited and tuition is fully covered.

To qualify, applicants must reside in one of the three counties, possess valid work authorization and ID, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Additional registration requirements will be provided during enrollment.
