TONIGHT: Edinburg Fire Department to Host Sparky’s Bash to Kick Off Summer Break

EDINBURG TX – The Edinburg Fire Department is inviting families to celebrate the start of summer at “Sparky’s School Is Out Bash,” a free community event set for Thursday, June 5, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Promenade Park Amphitheater, 201 W. McIntyre St.

The evening will feature games, moon jumps, music, and a family-friendly movie shown under the stars. Children can also enjoy fire safety-themed activities alongside Sparky the Fire Dog, the department’s official mascot.

Free hot dogs, chips, water, and popcorn will be available while supplies last. The event aims to provide a safe, fun-filled environment for families as the school year wraps up.

The celebration is sponsored by Walmart Store #4289 in collaboration with the City of Edinburg.
