The Lull Subdivision Project Phase II is a significant milestone in the City’s ongoing efforts to enhance infrastructure and improve the quality of life for residents. The total cost of the project was $6,711,566.
The primary objective of the Lull Subdivision Project Phase II was to address the urgent need for street reconstruction within the Lull Subdivision while leveraging the improvements made during Phase I in 2018-2019 to enhance drainage in the area. By replacing aged water lines with new services, the project aims to minimize future breaks and ensure a more reliable water supply for residents.
