Precinct 4 Breaks Ground On A Third Recovery Center
EDINBURG – Precinct 4 broke ground on a new recovery trash disposal center for county residents. The DavisCollection site will be built on 2.75 acres, the collection site will be paved and will have 15 trash containers. Project cost is approximately $719 thousand dollars.
