Precinct 4 Breaks Ground On A Third Recovery Center

EDINBURG – Precinct 4 broke ground on a new recovery trash disposal center for county residents. The DavisCollection site will be built on 2.75 acres, the collection site will be paved and will have 15 trash containers.
