EDINBURG TX – The City of Edinburg continues to experience economic growth, with sales tax revenue for March 2025 increasing by 4.2% compared to the same month in 2024, according to figures released by the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation.

Year-to-date, the city has collected $16.7 million in sales tax revenue, marking a 3.55% increase over the previous year. The steady rise in revenue reflects ongoing commercial activity and economic momentum across the community.

Sales tax revenue serves as a key indicator of economic health, contributing to funding for public services and infrastructure improvements.
