Pirate’s Cove Splash Park to Reopen June 2 with Daily Swim Sessions

EDINBURG TX – Pirate’s Cove Splash Park, Edinburg’s inclusive water playground, will officially reopen for the summer season on Monday, June 2, offering residents a refreshing way to beat the heat.

Located 125 Mark S. Peña Dr., Edinburg, Pirate’s Cove features water slides, splash zones, and family-friendly amenities designed to accommodate children of all abilities. The facility will operate with scheduled swim sessions throughout the week.

Monday through Friday sessions include:

  • 9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
  • 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Weekend hours include:

  • 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • 6:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m.

Admission is cash only, and all guests are reminded to wear appropriate swimwear.

Pirate’s Cove is part of Edinburg’s ongoing efforts to provide inclusive and accessible recreational opportunities for local families during the summer months.
