EDINBURG TX – A small Cessna aircraft carrying three passengers made an emergency landing Saturday morning at South Texas International Airport in Edinburg following an engine malfunction, officials confirmed.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:25 a.m. on April 12. The aircraft landed safely, and emergency personnel responded promptly to the scene. All three passengers were evaluated by emergency medical services on site, with minor injuries reported.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the flight’s origin or destination. The cause of the engine malfunction remains under investigation.
