San Carlos to Host 26th Annual Kite Fun Fly Festival on March 22

EDINBURG, Texas — The 26th Annual San Carlos Kite Fun Fly Festival is set to take place on March 22, 2025, offering a morning of family-friendly activities, kite flying, and community festivities.

The event will be held at the San Carlos Endowment Center, located at 107 North Sunflower in Edinburg. The kite fun fly is scheduled from 8 to 10 a.m., followed by festival activities from 9 a.m. to noon.

Festivalgoers can enjoy kite flying, games, contests, raffles, food vendors, exhibitors and more. Free kites will be provided, and the event is open to the public.

The festival is supported by community partners, including the Knapp Community Care Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Edinburg RGV, United Way of South Texas, Texas Tarps, and UT Health Rio Grande Valley.
