Staff Report
EDINBURG, TX – The Hidalgo County Community Service Agency (HCCSA) will hold its inaugural Access to Success Night of Celebration on Thursday, December 12, 2024, to honor local residents and families who have achieved significant milestones toward self-sufficiency.
The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Monzi Social Events Center, located at 1507 N. Alamo Rd., Edinburg, TX. It will highlight the accomplishments of participants in the Access to Success Program, which supports Hidalgo County residents by addressing barriers to economic prosperity. The program provides resources for tuition, housing, and living expenses while offering life skills sessions and incentivized attendance.
In addition to celebrating the achievements of the program’s participants, the evening will recognize the collaborative efforts of community partners and mark the presentation of the first-ever Prosperity Warrior Award, which honors a public figure who has made significant contributions to improving lives in the county.
HCCSA’s Access to Success initiative aims to transform lives by equipping participants with tools and resources for long-term economic stability. The program reflects the agency’s mission to uplift low-income and vulnerable households through impactful services and partnerships.
