Edinburg, Texas – Dec. 4, 2023 — Hidalgo County Precinct 4Commissioner Ellie Torres will unveil the Alfonso Flores All Star Park, a vibrant community space dedicated to recreation, inclusivity, and family enjoyment. The park, located at 107 Sunflower Rd. in Edinburg, will officially open its doors on Saturday, December 9, 2023.
The celebration will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10:00 a.m., marking the commencement of an exciting new chapter for Precinct 4. Following the official opening, the community is invited to join in a lively and festive event offering a range of activities suitable for all ages.
