Enter UTRGV as incoming first-year students.

To qualify for PACT, students must:

  • Demonstrate maturity, motivation, and other attributes reflecting exceptional leadership, character, and achievement through recommendation letters from school counselors, a personal written statement, a video essay, and interviews.
