Edinburg Sales Tax Revenues Continue Increasing

Local sales tax revenues for the City of Edinburg continued increasing for 2022. So far this year, Edinburg has received $34.6 million.
According to Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar, this includes local sales tax allocations sales made in October by businesses that report tax monthly.
For October 2022, Edinburg received $2,704,966 in sales tax revenues, up 9% from October 2021. For all of 2022 so far, Edinburg received $34,627,286, up 12.5% from the same period for 2022.
